As Directors of corporate agencies within the industry for a number of years Jason & Steve see the way in which key elements within the industry operate and feel that they need to be done differently and create impact. Surely something like this could work and genuinely stand out from the competition.
White & Guard then opened its first office, formerly the village Police Station, in Bishops Waltham covering the beautiful Meon Valley.
The company went from strength to strength opening their next office in Hedge End, spear-headed by Director Russell Webb. By this time W&G were increasing their market share in the area, which only complimented the homes that they were now attracting and the client base that they were rapidly building.
The next office joins and a rapidly expanding team of carefully selected individuals, all chosen as the best within the business and with exceptional track records begins to gain even more ground. Claire Southwell joined as Director having run an office in London for a number of years with Alistair Jones also joining as Director, stepping down from an Area Director role for a large chain, only complimenting an already strong team.
With both its sales and lettings side of the business, run by Kerry Watson, a long-standing, experienced head of the department, the company was now considered to be a business that stood out and one that was ingrained within its community. White & Guard was now perhaps one of the most comprehensive collectives in existence locally with an unrivalled pride in what they do.
Having now built a strong affiliation with their client base and with an exceptional tight team of individuals which enables them to see many returning clients, the business continues to grow in a way that is both organic and long-lasting.
To coincide with what’s coming up to its 20th anniversary, White & Guard have now launched this new website.
“The revised design reflects a company in maturity and a brand with innovation alongside attention to detail far beyond the confines of estate agency” Jason Guard
