The latest government advice states that estate agents can reopen their offices, potential buyers can view properties, and people can move home. White & Guard are delighted to announce our offices will reopen on Monday 18 May.

Safety is our top priority and we have undertaken a range of comprehensive measures to ensure your safety and will be following strict government guidelines.

We’ll only be letting a few people in at any one time and observing strict social distancing.

However, if you still feel you would prefer not to visit the office at this time, we are able to arrange live ‘virtual’ face to face appointments at a time and place convenient with you. If you are considering marketing your property and would prefer that we don’t visit your home initially, we can also help you with a ‘walkaround valuation’ to help you start the process.

We will still keep you updated on-line, by text and by phone, and can suggest ways to market your home and keep you updated about the latest local market conditions. We can also offer advice about letting during the COVID-19 restrictions and answer any of your questions – just give us a call.

Our aim will always be your safety, and you can be assured we will be adhering strictly to the information contained in the ‘Government advice on moving home during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak’:

Thank you for your support during this period and we look forward to helping you feel confident and comfortable when we welcome you back to our offices
