With your permission, they will contact a fellow Relocation Agent in the location you are hoping to move to, who will in turn get in touch with you to find out about your property needs, to explain the local property situation and also answer any questions you might have about the area. They will identify local properties in the area that meet your needs and send you a shortlist of properties. All this saves you time, effort and money in the search for your new home!

Local estate agent, White & Guard from Bishops Waltham, have won the ‘Best Estate Agent in the South Coast’ award for the second year in a row at the 2015 Relocation Agent Networks annual conference, which took place at The Park Plaza Hotel in Westminster, Central London. The Relocation Network is a national network of selected estate agents across England, Scotland and Wales.
