The stairs to the first floor are also found here and there is a window to the front aspect. There is a door from the lounge to the kitchen breakfast room which has two windows to the rear aspect overlooking the garden and has a fitted kitchen. This is made up of a range of wall and base units with roll-edge work surfaces over with inset sink and drainer, integrated gas hob with extractor hood over and electric oven. Other integrated appliances include fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is an internal bi-folding single glazed door opening to the dining room which also opens to the conservatory so flows nicely and is perfect for entertaining. The dining room also has a door providing access to the garage. The conservatory is of brick and mainly UPVC construction with double glazed windows and doors into the garden. There is a radiator and power points in the conservatory, meaning it can be used all year round as an additional lounge, sun-room, playroom or whatever your needs may be and has a tiled floor.
On the first floor landing, which is accessed via the stairs from the lounge, there are doors to all rooms, which are fitted with carpet other than the bathrooms, and airing cupboard. The Master bedroom stretches over the garage and is a good size at 19ft. It has a window to the front aspect, fitted wardrobes and door to the en-suite. The en-suite shower room, with an obscured window to the rear, has been recently re-fitted and has a walk-in Aquilisa shower, low-level WC, vanity sink, shaver point and chrome heated towel rail. The room itself is tiled to principle areas and has a tiled floor. Bedroom two is found overlooking the front with window to this aspect. Bedroom three is found overlooking the rear with window to this aspect with views of the garden and wooded area behind whilst bedroom four is found overlooking the front with window to this aspect.
EXTERNALLY At the front of the property, there is a dropped kerb providing vehicular access to the driveway which fits a number of cars and also the garage. The garage has an up and over door and is fitted with power points. There is a small section of front garden that has been retained and is mainly laid to lawn with a mature tree.
The rear garden is fence enclosed and benefits from not being overlooked from the rear, as the boundary is tree-lined including two large oak trees. The garden is mainly laif with astro turf and has a barked section at the base – ideal for a climbing frame or summer house – and also has an outside tap and pedestrian access from the front.
