"You have been more than estate agents, we consider you to be our friends. We would not hesitate to recommend your services. All the best for the future success of White & Guard”
Award Winning Service
We are proud to have achieved numerous awards, accolades and accreditations that reflect our passion and dedication for delivering the very best service for our clients. We have been independently identified as one of the top estate agents in the country and now feature in the Best Estate Agent Guide, having been awarded ‘Best Small Agent Gold Winners’ for Hampshire, Berkshire and the Isle of wight for 2019. This award follows being recognised as ‘Best Agent 2018’ for the south coast region by the The Relocation Agent Network – for the fifth year in a row!
Independently identified as one of the top agents in the country
The Best Estate Agent Guide is a website (www.bestestateagentguide.co.uk) that lists the top estate agency branches in the UK. It was compiled by the Property Academy – an organisation set up to improve business performance and
service standards in the property industry – with the support of Rightmove, the UK’s leading property portal.
There are c. 15,000 estate agents in the country and White and Guard was awarded a Gold status in its size-band and region, putting it in the top 0.5% of estate agents in the country.
Over 3 billion data points were analysed by Rightmove, looking at factors including marketing, property views, enquiries and performance to ascertain the best performing agents. In addition, the Property Academy carried out 50,000 mystery shops to assess customer service levels.
This is the biggest assessment of the sector ever conducted and we are thrilled to have been recognised following such a rigorous examination.
Peter Knight, founder of the Property Academy, commented: “We set out to provide the home mover with a reliable resource to help identify the best estate agent in each area, whether someone is looking to sell or let a property. Only the best branches make it into the Best Estate Agent Guide and only the top 5% of estate agency brands have been recognised with an award.”
The Property Academy carries out one of the largest surveys of home movers and each year has responses from over 15,000 home sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants. The survey identifies what home movers feel are the most important aspects of an estate agent’s service. This insight is used to establish the criteria for the Best Estate Agent Guide – in other words, agents that are listed in the Best Estate Agent Guide have demonstrated that they deliver a performance and service that home movers truly value.
The Best Estate Agent Guide is supported by Rightmove, the largest property portal in the country, which means that the assessment includes over 90% of all estate agency branches in the country.
White & Guard win 'Best Agent in the South Coast' award for a fifth year in a row
Local estate agent, White & Guard from Bishops Waltham, have won the ‘Best Estate Agent in the South Coast’ award for the second year in a row at the 2015 Relocation Agent Networks annual conference, which took place at The Park Plaza Hotel in Westminster, Central London. The Relocation Network is a national network of selected estate agents across England, Scotland and Wales. White & Guard were originally handpicked to be a member of the network, based on strict criteria including the fact they continually have the largest market share within their area and both generate and deal with more relocation work than any of their competitors in the southern region. The Relocation Network is the largest network of independent agents in the UK and part of Cartus, the largest company of its kind in the United States. Through the Relocation Network White & Guard are able to offer all their clients an additional channel of buyers as well as being able to help them with any onward search if moving out of the area by referring them to other network members in the locations that they are moving to. The conference day included a line-up of key note speakers, interactive sessions and a trade exhibition. The day ended with an evening black tie awards dinner, hosted by well know comedian Time Vine from the recent series ‘Not Going Out’ where he stars alongside fellow comedian Lee Mack. The Relocation Networks Managing Director, Richard Tucker, said ‘we are proud to work alongside agents such as White & Guard and winning the award for a second time only demonstrates their continued commitment to the Network, their clients and being the very best of the best’.
Our results speak for themselves
The ESTA awards, celebrating their 13th year determine the best estate and letting agents in the UK through research carried out amongst clients who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received from their agent, over 30,000 questionnaires were completed by customers during the competition.
Phil Spencer, who has hosted the ESTAS every year since their inception in 2003 said for many customers moving home is one of the most stressful experiences of their lives. So it’s our job as agents, mortgage brokers, conveyancers or developers to help make the journey as smooth as possible. It only takes one bad apple to reflect badly on the others so it’s crucial everyone provides the high quality service the customer expects and deserves. For this reason The ESTAS recognises all firms involved in the buying and selling process. Agents, brokers, conveyancers and developers are all judged in exactly the same way, purely on customer feedback”.
